Company Searches Made Simple is a division of Made Simple Group (MSG).

The MSG strategy is to deliver low-cost effective products and services to the start up and small business communities. As the name suggests, the focus: to keep everything simple. There are now in excess of 7 websites within the Group (company reports, company formations, virtual offices, serviced offices, business forms & templates, business training, tax returns), with several others being developed.

The group is based in offices at 145-157 St John Street, London EC1V 4PW and has a team of 30 people.

The Group's online businesses generate 2,000 - 3,000 new customers each month. Many of these new customers come to the Group via the company formations site Companies Made Simple.

In recognition of our high level of service, innovations in technology and efficient processes, we were awarded the Best Use of Internet in Business award by Accountancy Age, one of the UK's leading business institutions.

The website has clarity and is easy to navigate. The sign up process is straightforward. The range of report levels is useful and avoids paying for things one does not need. The pricing structure is good. Availibilty of the output in downloadable PDF format is very handy.
