How It Works
1. Search
Search for the company you want the accounts for. When you find the right one click 'View Details'.
You can search via company name, number and postcode; including dissolved companies.
2. Select
Scroll down to 'Company Documents' and select which accounts you want (displayed as 'AA').
Company Documents are located under Company Credit Reports and Company trackers. NB. You may need to click 'Load Documents' to view them.
3. Buy
Pay via credit, debit card or Paypal. The accounts will be instantly available for you to view.
You will be prompted to login or create an account (all you need is an email address and password).
Company Accounts FAQs
What are company accounts?
Company accounts are a disclosure of the financial information of a limited company, usually provided in the form of a profit & loss account and a balance sheet. Company accounts are usually filed annually.
Where are they sourced?
All company accounts are sourced directly from Companies House. They are copies of the originals as filed with Companies House and can been identified by the Companies House copyright on each page of the accounts.
What format are they in?
All company accounts are provided as PDFs.
Are the accounts emailed to me?
No, however, accounts are available online within My Account 24/7 and can be downloaded as PDFs.
What does 'AA' stand for?
AA stands for Annual Accounts.
What is the difference between Company Accounts and Annual Accounts?
None, the two terms can be used interchangeably.
What does 'Total Exemption Small' mean?
This means abbreviated accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime within the Companies Act 2006. NB. A small company must meet at least two of the following conditions: annual turnover must be not more than £6.5 million; the balance sheet total must be not more than £3.26 million; the average number of employees must be not more than 50.
Do you provide other company documents?
Yes, we provide all company documents as filed at Companies House. This includes: annual returns, appointments, resignations, company name changes etc.
