How do I buy a report?
Search for the company or director you are looking for and purchase the report from their individual page.
How do I buy a document?
Search for the company you want the document for. At the bottom of the company page you will see 'Company Documents' you can add these to your basket and checkout.
How do I track a company?
Search for the company you want to track. Add the 1 year or lifetime tracker to your basket and checkout.
What is the difference between the Snapshot, Standard and Fully Comprehensive reports?
Take a look at our Reports Comparison table which shows exactly what is in each report.
Are reports I buy emailed to me?
No, reports are available within your online account 24/7, however, they are not emailed to you.
Can I download reports to my desktop?
Yes, all reports can be downloaded as PDFs.
How long are the reports I buy stored online?
Reports are stored online for a period of 12 months. After this date they are deleted from the system.
How do I know when my reports will be deleted?
Your report information is displayed within My Account > My Company Reports. The last column of this table displays 'Expires' and this is the date each report is deleted.
Why are reports deleted after 12 months?
The information held in a report is up to date as of the time of purchase, so after 12 months the information is completely outdated. For this reason reports are deleted, but only after 12 months. NB. You can save any report as a PDF to your desktop and keep it forever.
Can I buy a package of reports for a discounted rate?
Yes, we have a number of subscription packages which offer heavily discounted pricing.
