Important Notice: Company Credit Reports are not “live” – they become outdated

company credit reportsCompany Credit Reports are correct up to the point that they are purchased.

That’s not to say that they are automatically incorrect once bought, all it means is that if a company makes any changes after you have bought the report, these changes will not be reflected in the report.

This is exactly why we give our Company Credit Reports an expiry date. After one year, the point at which we remove the report from your account, Company Credit Reports are likely to contain wholly outdated information.

To check the expiry dates of your reports:

Login > My Company Reports > Expiry dates can be viewed on the far-right

Subscription Packages: 1 Credit = 1 Service

company credit report subscription packages

If you use multiple credit reports (or any other of our services for that matter), rather than buy them as and when you need them, why not sign up for a Subscription Package?

Here’s how it works…

• You select which of the 6 packages you want (these are split into 2 groups; yearly and monthly)
• Once purchased we add a set amount of credits to your account that must be used up within a set period of time
• 1 credit = any 1 service

It’s that simple.

Not only does signing up save you the bother of entering your card details every time you make a purchase, it can also save you money.

Our Top Tips for Company Searching Efficiently

Are you struggling to find a company on our system? Fear not, here are some hints and tips to get you searching with the best of them.

Ltd or Limited? Don’t use either.

Our system recognises the precise name that a company was formed with (unless the company has changed its name), therefore if you search for An Example Ltd, but the company was formed as An Example Limited, it will not appear in your results. Our tip? Just search for the name and leave off limited or ltd.

Got the name? Got the number?

We recommend searching with the company name or company number, not both. The reason for this? The more streamlined the search, the fewer margins for error.
