If you are looking for a limited company’s shareholder details but the company has not yet filed annual returns, fear not, you can still locate this information! All you need to do is purchase the company’s incorporation documents (on Company Searches Made Simple known as the “NEWINC – CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION”).

Located within this document you will find shareholder information under the page headed “Initial Shareholdings”. From here you can view shareholder names, addresses and the number (and type) of shares held.
